In order to present your accommodation, which you have entrusted to us, to guests in the best possible way, we need your help. Here are instructions on how to best prepare your accommodation for photography. Cleanliness, tidiness and decoration are of utmost importance. Clean the property and tidy up the surroundings Remove all personal items in the rooms that will be photographed. Check that all light bulbs in all light fixtures inside and outside the property are working and turn on all lights in all rooms before our arrival (for day and night photography) Prepare the beds (neatly put on bed linen) and remove items from and behind wardrobes Be sure to open all shutters or blinds on the house and remove mosquito nets Hide as many cables as possible (e.g., if a refrigerator cable hangs over the wall, if cables stick out around the TV, etc.) and remote controls Remove laundry from the washing machine, put a new roll of toilet paper, lower toilet seats, neatly arrange towels, remove all shampoos, bath gels, soaps, combs, toothbrushes, and other hygiene necessities It is desirable to set (serve) the table in the dining room or on the terrace, and neatly arrange the chairs around the table Prepare fruit in a suitable bowl (the fruit should be fresh and colorful), and if desired, decorative candles and flowers It is desirable to arrange one of the tables (or bar) with a bottle of wine and two glasses From the kitchen countertop, remove all plates, cutlery (you can leave e.g., knives on a wooden stand, coffee machine, it is important that it is arranged and neat) Hide irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, trash cans, sponges, brooms, rags, cleaning supplies, and gas bottle (if it cannot be removed, please cover it or we will remove it programmatically) Remove rubber water hoses, garden tools, and similar items Clean and tidy the grill (if you have one) and prepare it for fire (if we are doing night photos, and it is also desirable for day photos) Open umbrellas (if you have them on terraces and around the pool) Neatly arrange sun loungers with accompanying pillows and/or towels (if you have them) Fill the pool with water (if you have one) and clean it of leaves and dirt Mow the lawn and trim the hedge Remove all vehicles from the parking lot TIME: Since it is a very important factor in photography, we cannot influence it and we have to adapt. Nice sunny weather is very important when photographing the exterior (outside part of the property), and if it rains or there is bad weather on the day of photography, we only do the interior (all internal rooms) that we can, and we arrange for a return visit on the first sunny day to photograph the exterior again. Any of your ideas on how to beautify your property for photography are welcome! Also, our photographer is at your disposal for advice, but not for preparing the accommodation unit.
